Should you experience any problems whatsoever with your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can sort it out quickly and effectively. We did have a few problems with deliveries that went astray, and sent out immediate replacement CDs to the people concerned.

If you were one of those people affected and you still haven't let us know your order didn't arrive, please get in touch so we can resolve things straight away. If you don't tell us we will simply think everything is fine. Just a bit like life, really.
